Now on its 6th year, the Filipino Restaurant Week showcases the best of Philippine Cuisine courtesy of Filipino-themed restaurants in the area as well as key cities in the US Northeast.
Participating restaurants will serve set meals of at least three courses – appetizer, entrée, and dessert; and are given the freedom and flexibility to concoct innovative dishes using a key ingredient. This year, the Philippine lime or calamansi, takes the center stage, requiring our chef’s zest of creativity as they highlight this staple to their featured dish.
